Access
Please note that there are four steps to access the guest house. The ground floor has three rooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms and the dining room is located on the ground floor.
Please note that the downstairs rooms are currently unavailable. We have rooms in the Porters Annex which have stairs leading up to two ensuite rooms, a double and a twin.

Dining
Due to the current situation we have closed off the dining area until further notice.
We provide a varied menu and cater for special diets. If you have special dietary requirements please let us know in advance of your stay.
Standard menu includes traditional cooked breakfast, using locally sourced produce where available, as well as cereals and fresh fruit.
We can also provide packed lunches.
Evening meals are also available with prior booking.

Location
Ruthin is approximately 1.5 miles and we are within 1 hours drive from the roman city of Chester, Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon and Conway, Portmerion, Betws-y-Coed, Bodnant Garden, Llandudno, Llangollen, Bala, and the North West coast.

Directions
Arriving from A525
Take the A525 (Wrexham Road) from Ruthin to Llanfair D.C. and after 1.5 miles take the first lane on the right to Eyarth Station
Arriving from A494
Take the A494 (Ruthin to Corwen road), turn left at the sign for Llanfair and the first left again at the little crossroads.

There are several historic houses and beautiful gardens within the local area, as well as activities such as horse riding, fishing and golf.
